#CommunityoverCompetition is probably my most favorite hashtag on Instagram. Let me explain… One of the first words that comes to mind when I think about the fitness industry is competition.

I have so many great things to say about my experience working with Julia that I just can’t recommend her enough. The passion she has for what she does comes through the moment you meet her. Right away she made working out fun and approachable. I feel like she listened to and understood the goals I had for myself, and didn’t try to force me down a path I wasn’t interested in.
