Movement Education for Growing Children
Children don't need 'exercise' — they need 'movement education.' During the high-neuroplasticity growth years, implanting proper movement patterns transforms posture and body composition for life. This program was shared at international seminars in Japan and Taiwan.

- Children with forward head posture or rounded shoulders
- Kids with insufficient physical activity
- Parents seeking proper developmental support
